Seminar 1: Wildscaping: Explorations of Naturalistic Planting Design

Continuing our free virtual Seminar Series for 2023, we are thrilled to present Seminar 1 - on Saturday, February 4, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. via Zoom.

Join Tony Spencer, a Canadian writer, planting designer of the New Perennialist, and award winner as he introduces us to the international world of naturalistic landscape and garden design. Hear how Wildscaping uses plant-driven landscape design to create and sustain dynamic gardens filled with beauty and wildlife, to rekindle our relationship to the natural world.

Tony will lead us through an exploration of Wildscaping through his encounters with international designers, issues and landscapes, as well as his own experiments on his own gardens in Mono, Ontario.
